Since the first meeting in November 2002, the EuroTARN inititive
consists of a regular participation of 14 countries and support
from many others who have come together to develop an effective
system to review the standards of trauma care across Europe
and develop an effective method for future data collection.
The aim of the website
Since the last meeting held in Hanover, there was
a great deal of support for a preliminary data collection
phase on past cases.
This website will provide participants the opportunity to
submit this information online. The site is also an ideal
opportunity to keep all EuroTARN participants and supporters
updated on progress and
developments.

2007 UPDATE
Trial Data Collection Phase & Research Paper
The group conducted a trial data collection phase
and 14 submissions from 11 countries were received.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed and supported
this project!
The data has been analysed and a research paper has been written
regarding the project and the findings from the data collection
phase. The paper has been submitted to the Journal of Resuscitation
and it's anticipated that the publication will strengthen
the group's ability to obtain funding - which will assist
in further developing this very important project.
Further
updates will follow.....
Although
the reserach paper is now completed, you can still participate
and submit data (as well as view data submissions of other
participants) please proceed to the 'Submit Data' Section.
